Terms and Agreement
		The Client is advised to make a full or partial payment to reserve the event date. Payments are non-refundable. Client should advice for any notice for any changes in date, time and venue at least two weeks before the event. There is an additional charge for out of town events. No pencil bookings, first come first serve basis.
		Projector. 3 hours used (cumulative). Additional P500.00 per hour in excess of 3 hours. DVD player provided.
		The equipments listed in this contract is final and will be used exclusively for the function agreed upon. Any additional equipments or services are subject to availability. Client will shoulder venue permits and electricity charges. Clients are responsible to provide shelter for all audio equipments of Metromix Lights and Sounds.
		Setup is 2 to 3 hours before start of event. Overtime fee of 10% of the total contract price for every succeeding hour after 5 hours of service.
		In case of power failures or blackouts, an alternative source of power like generators is a must. In the event of cancellation due to such causes and for failure of the Lessee to provide a viable contingency plan, the Client will pay the amount stated in this Lease Contract in full.
		Our crews are not authorized to operate the equipments brought by the Client. Packages and rates are per event. The Client will provide food & water for the attending technical crew.
		The Client agrees to answer for any loss or damage to any of the leased equipment as a result of damage or lost within the client’s premises due to whatever reason or negligence of the client or client’s guests. The Client agrees to pay in full amount of any damage or lost equipment/s.
